The Birds of New Hampshire

Uncle Alan has been able to do some birding in New Hampshire where he lives. This makes me wish we had a bird feeder.

Uncle Al,

Nice pictures! I love the shallow depth of field - excellent!

They really stand out on the blog.

I could tell the last picture was a fake right a way because penquins do not eat seeds. They mostly eat fish and crustaceans.

Of course not must research has been done about what penguins would eat while traveling or vacationing so I suppose it's possible they would eat seeds but the picture is still suspicous in my view.

John, You are so smart and so funny, too. So good to have your wisdom around here...

Dad and I saw a whole flock of these birds when we flew over Greenland on our way home from the Netherlands in February.
