In one of my recurring dreams, the semester in history class is almost over and I haven't done any of the reading yet. I am getting a sense of dread over this. A friend who I used to work with has this same dream. Maria often dreams that I forgot to pick her up. I can only imagine the meaning behind these dreams.

Maybe, just maybe I will get a cat. I am not a pet person but if I do get one - it will be a cat. There is a sense of regalness to them, even though they are almost always being portrayed as evil in movies e.g. Babe.
I hope there isn't too much behind these dreams - at least not literally. I am used to having 2 kinds of dreams recurring in the course of my adult life - (1) driving into ditches and (2) being chased by someone. bbrrrhhhh...
Pearlie- Yes, you should get a cat! I'm not a cat person at all but I get such a kick out of watching him and reading his mind. Funny, I never pictured ditches where you live!

Maybe we are not speaking the same "language" :) I mean large drains.
I will let you know if and when I do get a cat -- as of now, not yet :) SH will definitely say "have mercy on the cats" LOL
