What I mean is this: I've never been a fan of the black and orange combo or evil spirits and ugly things. I know, I've said it before. I've seen so many decorations out lately! Last night, I thought I saw Christmas lights up in our neighborhood, but upon closer inspection, I saw they were orange. A couple of years ago, I did put a ghost out on the porch, so I can be a sport about it.

I was saying to B the other night as we were walking or driving somewhere that I don't remember seeing so many decorations for halloween. It's crazy.
On the am walk with Jordan today, we nearly ran into a grim reaper (decor)in my neighborhood. Did i mention i live in a condo association? seriously? the grim reaper?
I like pumpkins and corn stalk decor. Guess i'm more of an autumnal decor girl than this halloween cr--, er stuff. :-) not that I have an opinion about this or anything.
I'll b quiet now.
Craig and I were talking about this very subject the other day as we drove by a house all decked out in halloween decor.
On a side note, while eating lunch with in-laws today I saw a woman with Christmas sweatshirt on.
Gracie & Robin - It's good to know I'm not the only one who is wondering what this is all about.
I'm not big on it either. The Bean is asking about "trick or treat" for the first time. Although, I'm not sure she's really aware of what it is. We may try to do a church festival this year since she's picked up that something's going on.
Nobody in our old neighborhood did much, but in our new neighborhood . . . I'm feeling like a Halloween Scrooge. And I've never really gotten into it either, but the guy across the street has these ghost lights hanging in his upstairs window that look like they are just suspended in space. I really want them! But I've also had the whole, "Why are the Christmas lights out?" experience only to find that they are actually orange. It's hard to believe that we're living in a weak economy with all of the dollars being spent on Halloween decor. Maybe it's an escape . . .
