Flowers & Robes for the Directors

The Robe

Bridget played the part of Diana in the SCHS production of "The Robe" this past weekend. It was a very powerful story and  I was so proud of her! Here are some scenes with Marcellus, who she married, Tiberius and the mean Calligula.  The ending is the scene right before Diana and Marcellus were killed and the last is the curtain call.

A Fun Birthday Present

Here are 4 extremely happy Notre Dame fans after the game.  They won in 3 overtimes!  It was almost the worst birthday ever, but became the best one :)

Birthday Celebration!!!

I love birthdays, and when you are turning 50, you should do something memorable!  John, Bridget & I went to Notre Dame Saturday where Edward is in grad school.  We went to his house and then went to the home football game at Notre Dame.  Unforgettable!  Before the game, we went into the Gold Dome and heard the trumpeters play the fight song and alma mater.  Then we lined the walkway to watch the band do their step off march from there to the stadium.  John took this video which shows how close and real it was to us:


They won the game in 3 overtimes and my heart hasn't recovered from the excitement of the day!  I
