Bridget picked up her friend Ellie from the GRR airport last Monday night. She flew in from California and her plane arrived after midnight and Bridget and John welcomed her to the sub-zero temps. They left for Calvin the next afternoon after we enjoyed hot coffee and hot chili together. I sent them off in Bridget's packed red Volvo 240 with a big bowl for later.
