Blazing Trails
John & I went out Sunday afternoon to Yankee Springs Recreation Area to go XC skiing. It's so great to spend time outdoors! We've mostly been going to the golf course near our house and it was fun to try new trails. I'm not so sure yet about taking my camera along, hence, the phone pic.

Leo is still quite playful at about 15 years old. Of course, he hasn't been getting out much in the cold these days.

Sem Pond Jump!
This past Friday afternoon, I found Bridget and some of her friends about to jump in the Seminary Pond at Calvin.
I think about 650 students took part in the annual tradition and Bridget was eager to take part.

Life in the Artic Tundra
I have been hoping to see a Snowy Owl this winter since they have been spotted around here with our cold temps. A friend invited me along with her to a place where she had seen one and we saw him! What a miracle that was.
